Chicago Symphony Orchestra trombonist and principal trombone of the Grand Teton Music Festival, Mulcahy has served as principal trombone of the Cologne Radio, Melbourne, and Tasmanian Symphonies. He is also a member of the Chicago Chamber Musicians and Summit Brass and is active as a soloist, teacher, lecturer, and clinician throughout the world.
